Two of our existing Hunter Douglas blinds had minor technical issues. Our dealing with her was a joy. Blinds were fixed and to return to us quickly (after being sent to HD, etc.).
If/when we do another blinds business, we know where to go now. :)

Today April 4 2019 I went to the Orillia Home Depot to get replacement tiles for flooring I purchased approximately 4-5 years ago to find out that the Allure brand was not available in store or on the Internet. I was sent to the flooring department and sat down with Lawrence a part-time employee who went above and beyond to help me. After over an hour of him searching and making phones calls he did it. These guys were Phenomenal...they came to our house on Wednesday last week to install our new garage door by taking down the old shelf above the garage (which took most of the day) and putting in our new garage door along with the aluminum capping, the lock in front of the door, the weather stripping etc. By watching everything all come together and the end result was just amazing.
