Victoria was professional, friendly, understanding and always had a smile on her face willing to assist. They usually have spinach, chick peas, lentils, eggplant, potatoes, etc. in addition to the kabobs. When I've been there, they usually offer a couple types of chicken kabobs and two types of meat kabobs. There are usually over ten different choices, so you get a wide assortment of well-prepared and healthful dishes. Of all the vegetables, the eggplant is my favorite.
