Rick was at our house in only one hour. Once I answered his questions, and he looked into the situation, he made good and honest recommendations. He did not try to offer expensive/ unnecessary procedures; he was just honest and straightforward. A refreshing experience! After walking in to a terrible flood we had no idea what to do.
We called Rainbow International restoration and a crew came in and did everything for us. Every step was explained and all work was done in a timely manor.
I would strongly recommend them.

Had a terrible time trying to find a quality plumber for reno work in the area - seems they were all only interested in easy jobs. The crew jumped right in! They reviewed the options and went to work. We could not be more pleased! Showed up on time & did pro work. No surprises! Looking forward to having them back for the second phase of our project.
