Tremendous caring service. Dr Hailey Bertrand and her great staff ask all the right questions that make you feel as if youre going to the doctors yourself. With that in mind and a rewards program thatll save you money over the life of your pet who can argue with that. Me and my pooch will be back thank you.

Our family has been vacationing in the North Bay area for years and last summer we brought our 90lb pup with us. After a week of camping he was in pretty rough shape so we brought him to North Bay Pet Care before making the long trip home. It was a great idea, he was nice and clean for the drive home and he seemed to really enjoy it. We also like how little time it took and that it was environmentally friendly. We'll make sure to make a stop there again next summer!
