Easy to use! Since experiencing a fire, I have rented from Akmal four times in the past six weeks: a cube truck twice and a cargo van twice. The trucks were in good condition. Communications have been great! I appreciate the service that I have received. I find the experience less bureaucratic than the big name brands and pricing is good. We have had no problems with shifts in timing. I like Akmal's commitment to customer service!! Would definitely recommend to others.

Great experience with this location. It was my first time renting a car with Enterprise. I was picked up from the auto body shop and offered a drop off when I returned the car. The people at the Evans and Kipling location are very friendly and helpful. I spoke with a young lady on the phone to speak about my reservation and she was knowledgeable and made good suggestions.
When I was unable to get my USB 12V charger to function properly she located one for me to use temporarily. Only drawback was some trash was found in the compartments.
By far one of the best locations in the city. The work with you.

Five star service all around! The staff, the prices, the service is the best in town! Every time I have rented the car from them, it was in spotless condition, I never had to wait for long to finish all the paperwork and the staff is always super friendly. As I said, five stars all around and I strongly recommend this location for anyone looking to rent a car at a great rate!

These guys are all amazing!!!! My car broke down in the east end during my anniversary of all days. I called CAA and got it towed. Enterprise picked me up at my house in Etobicoke they were about to close and stayed open later just to help us out in our dire time of need. We got a rental, They gave us an amazing deal as always and we made it back downtown just in time for our dinner reservation :-)
