I would like to thank two wonderful ladies,Jordanka from the 5th floor, and Cindy from Levi's on the 6th floor, who went extra mile to find my bag with expensive items that I lost in the store this boxing day. Both of them were not only sympathetic to my problem, but also proactive in efforts to help me. Sales and service at this store is excellent! I bought a TV in person there in 2021 and this month again made a purchase from the same department. My salesperson, Raman, was so kind, polite and helpful - she gave me all the info I needed over the phone, and then sent me all the instructions to complete the sale via internet. I also previously spoke to Medha and Sherri by phone in the sales dept. and they were also very helpful and genuinely nice! I would definitely shop at this store again. Lire plus

This Canadian Tire to say the least, is amazing. They have been instrumental in helping Waste Connections of Canada buy and donate 300 bikes to underprivileged children for Christmas this year. If it wasn't for the support of this store, I don't think we would have been able to supply as many bikes as we are to these great kids. We are so thankful for this store, their managers and the staff. They have amazing customer service & and very big hearts. Thank you! Thank you Canadian Tire! Lire plus
