I can't say enough good things about this company. They go beyond what is required. Thoroughly professional. They return calls, provide prompt service, and keep you updated, unlike some others in this area. I had to replace my furnace during heating season, and Tim worked 12 hours straight to get it done. The Harwoods do absolutely excellent work. Cody came to our house to help with what we thought was a huge problem. It turned out to be something he was able to fix on the spot, and he was done quickly. He was neat and respected our carpets, and we were only charged for the small part required. I have used Brendon and have never been disappointed or had to wait for service. I’ve called and the receptionist has been very friendly and gave us a realistic time line. I read some of the reviews and was surprised that there were some dissatisfaction, and felt compelled to relate my experience. They put our system in 2020/21 and it was organized and neatly done. We have a yearly inspection because we don’t like surprises in winter.

I have only good things to say about Don and his team. There was constant communication from start to finish and all of the guys were knowledgeable, friendly, and worked hard. We are so happy with the quality of the heat pump that we had installed. It has already been a lifesaver and to know that we'll have the same comfort throughout the colder months is such a relief.
