Leila listened to what I wanted, took the time to make sure I was comfortable, and answered and all questions to make sure I felt confident in the process. Wonderful woman and great conversation. I love my hair & how it turned out. Leila did not have an easy task covering my natural Scottish red hair to blonde. I even enjoyed the chi tea her sister made me. Great job ladies
