I was overjoyed with the service I recieved. The staff were caring and friendly. I went in not quite sure what to send to a friends celebration of life and the two women there helped me get the best arrangement for him. My friends family request information on where I went to get such a beautiful arrangement made for their son. They still have it to this day. We had the pleasure of meeting Ian today. He is a very personable gentleman who communicated regularly and promptly in advance of our appointment. He was honest and forthcoming with information and quoting. An even greater pleasure was falling in love with my piano again. Ian gave it a badly needed and very thorough tuning, and it sounds gorgeous! It is so responsive now and makes me sound like a far better pianist than I actually am. What a difference!
