Had such a wonderful experience with this company, we hired them to come to us and put on a birthday party for our 12 year old daughter and they went above and beyond expectations! They did tinsel in everyones hair, and had a painting class for the girls. They said it was the best birthday party they had ever been too! They were friendly and professional and even came in a big pink bus. This was something to remember for sure.

Recently Torque do a pre-MVI inspection on a used car I was considering and these folks saved my butt. They were extremely reasonable to deal with and were honest and forthright when they told me to run away from this vehicle. Not only would I go back, they will probably do my next pre-MVI inspection in the coming days!!

Tree Sage Tree Care did an excellent job for us in preparation for the storm season, taking down trees which would have possibly crashed down on our house, our neighbour's house, etc, and they took them down with precision. Pruned some trees and cleaned up everything. They are experts, reliable and did the work at a very reasonable rate!.

My husband and I celebrated our 20th anniversary at The Bicycle Thief last night. We waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for our meal after the order was taken. Totally unable to have any conversation during our wait (noisy).
I had ravioli that consisted of 8 pieces of ravioli in a sauce for $21.00 so I left feeling hungry. The waitress did the best she could but I will never go back or take anyone with us.

I wrote a previous review regarding the wait time for service. Watershed contacted me explaining the unusual circumstance causing the delay. When the service tech arrived, he was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. The problem was fixed quickly at no charge. I have been dealing with Watershed for 13 years now and have never experienced anything short of stellar service. I guess this was just a bump in the road. I still highly recommend The Watershed.
