Despite poor reviews in the past, my experience with a glasses adjustment at FYI was quite pleasant. I received a warm greeting the moment I walked in, had the necessary adjustment in a quick and friendly manner, and was out the door within 4 minutes, free of charge. I've had family in the past purchase glasses from here who recommended FYI in the first place. Top tier customer service - I would highly recommend.

Dave provided exceptional service, pick-up and return delivery service. All methods of payment, very reasonable prices. Multiple sharpening edges provide, top quality workmanship, my knives have never been sharper!!! They moved my mother from a small apartment to a seniors home. Two employees were very professional and friendly. They moved her things with respect and efficiency. They did have to drive to another city not far away. Of course they charged for the driving time back, but also charged from time from their shop to our apartment which I was not made aware of previously. Other than that, the service was great!

Wonderful salon. Called last-minute and they fit me in for a pedicure. Very nice massage, all different sorts of treatments on legs and feet, even hot stones that felt great. It cost half the amount of another salon's pedi and was just as nice and relaxing. Great family business; I will definitely go again!

At the Lethbridge Home Depot today, we bought several components to make cabinets. Unfortunately, we don't know the name of the great lady who helped us. She lifted some very heavy boxes, climbed up on a ladder to get some very hard to get other packages we needed and overall was very helpful and courteous. We want her and her supervisors to know what a valued employee she is so I hope someone there recognizes this particular purchase. Thanks again!

Con from Crystal Clean has always done a fantastic job on our carpets. We have been using Crystal Clean for the past 20+ years. They are punctual and if there are any concerns, they are happy to fix whatever isn't right. Once our dog threw up all down the stair well. We tried cleaning up the mess, but to no avail. When I called the shop, and said what happened they made arrangements to come over as quickly as they could. There's no way we would have fixed that mess on our own.

I would definitely recommend appealing nails! Dan has been doing my daughters nails for a long time and has has nothing but amazing things to say! I went in today for a full set of acrylics and was very impressed. He was so patient with me when picking my colour and was very particular with this technique. He even wiped off a nail when it didn’t look just perfect to him. I will absolutely be returning. Thanks Dan!
