I've been going to Towne Collision for years, first of all its an independently owned and operated family business. Ziggy Always recognizes me and treats me fairly and honestly- some of you may know how important that is in this type of business!
I have never has a quote for body work come in as low as his and trust me I've gone to other places before and always end up back here!
He keeps things old school which means he focus's on the work and its spectacular every time! I even called him in the summer when I was vacationing because my car broke down and wasn't drivable and I needed advice- he gave it to me free of charge and even spoke to the mechanic up there! he saved me hundreds of dollars and gave me peace of mind!

Tim the store manager, has an applied moral character rarely seen in any business these days. Very happy with the Customer Service from beginning to the end of our project. Pedro was very nice to deal with when we were getting our quote. He explained everything very clearly and after many different quotes, we went with SSAM Roofing . The guys that came to remove our old shingles and install our new roof were VERY hard workers!
