We have 2 generators installed by Steve and Jim 10 years ago as back-up during power outages (and keeping the cottage from freezing in the winter). Great product and outstanding service by Jim (thank you!). Generators worked very well with no flaws in the last power outage in Haliburton area 3 weeks ago when we needed the generator power for 4 days in our cottage. Highly recommended!

My garden of eden reusables are even more delightful than I had hoped. After baby #2 my lady time has become excessive and unpredictable. Excellent customer service and a wide selection of picture frames to choose from! The staff seemed to be well trained and helped me pick a picture frame that fit in to my budget. I highly recommend them :)

I had to return some cans of cat food. The clerk was very helpful and understanding and made the experience painless. She helped me find a replacement cat food (because my elderly cat has changed her tastes, not due to the cat food itself). I'll be back.

I inherited an older Sewing Machine, branded Kenmore, believed to be a 1976 model.
It had not been used in years and upon examination, I found the bobbin to be all tangled up and needed lots opf attention.
I went to several repair places and was told the machine was obsolete...junk...throw it away as no parts were available.
I took it to Gerties...They had all the parts that were needed and within 20 minutes...it was UP AND RUNNING...
