Thankfully he was available on short notice. Nelson arrived promptly on time and got to work pumping the tank, and then trouble-shooted our system, which was blocked and backed up and had a number of issues to sort out. I had Terry come to check my house as I suspected mould. He found black mould in my attic and treated it. He came back to check that all mould was killed and there was still a little area that needed an extra treatment which was done. He also helped me out with other issues I was having, unrelated to this and to which many other companies were unable to solve. I cannot say enough good things about Terry and his business.
