Very impressed and grateful!!! We had a colony of wasp nests on the door frame at our farmhouse. It was pretty scary to discover them. But I couldnt have chosen a better company to remove them! Very professional. They did the basement floor in my house in 1989 or so. No issues whatsoever. Fast forward to today [2025] and they did my new garage floor. 2 years ago my husband purchase glasses from another theadore and pringle store. The glasses gave him head aches and visdion was blurry. We went to the petrborough location to purchase new glasses and Jen adjusyed the glasses we had purchased 2 years ago. Once ajusted correctly it was like a miracle. My husband could now use the glasses and we actaully purchased new glases as well which were correctly fitted. The best experience ever.

Brought my 2010 in for recall service with low expectations. It took a few days longer than I liked but my expectations were exceeded. They did 2 recalls, one for airbag {takata) and the other the ABS brake flush. They never tried to upsell me and did a good job on my car. I wish they would call to update more, but it is easy enough to call them, they don't hesitate to answer calls. In the end I am very happy.

We cannot say enough good things about James and his crew.
