We cannot say enough good things about James and his crew. I called Ken this morning and left a message. He called me back within a few minutes. Ken is very knowledgeable and helpful and I trust his advice. Years ago he installed satellite service at my cottage and couldn't get a strong enough signal because of all the trees. He improvised and put the dish on the roof of the outhouse and I've had many years of great TV viewing...thanks Ken!

I cannot express enough how amazing these guys are. My system is amazing and if I ever need anything for have a question on how to reset it or clean filter they go through it all over the phone with me and we can always get through it without a service call! I have never had to spend a cent on this system since I got it 8 years ago! Y water is very hard and full of iron… my taps are not suffering anymore at all!!!

My first visit to this dental clinic, from the moment I walked in I was treated like a long time friend. The front desk staff called me by name, introduced themselves, talked with me regarding the changes made due to the Covid restrictions and new processes I would be unfamiliar with. My hygienist took time to explain what she would be doing as she did it. Each staff member that entered the room, announced and introduced themselves. Direct billing and free parking was a welcomed change

I rented an auger to drill holes for a swingset, but my yard is very rocky, the throttle became loose, the owner can’t and looked and explained what happened. He also came and picked it up for me, he explained was a 5 minute fix and didn’t charge extra. Was very pleasant and understanding. Very good customer service.
