I picked Ian's company randomly - looking for help to relight a pilot light on the hot water heater at my family's cottage at Cultus Lake. Friday afternoon on a long weekend. Turned out my name was the same as his mother's. He guided me through the steps to safely relight the pilot light. Kudos to Ian.

We had a notice 'No device installed' on our Lenovo computer meaning 'NO SOUND". We took it to Tek Solutions in Chilliwack. We took it in, in the afternoon and got a call the next morning ready to be picked up. Dirk fixed and also upgraded our computer. The cost was more than reasonable. We did not have to buy a new computer. Dirk & Steve are good at what they do and are very friendly and efficient. We highly recommend them for computer issues. Rose & Peter Sargent

OK, I recently did a review for having my radiator repaired a few days ago. I saved enough money from that repair (vs. OConnor Dodge) to consider doing a separate repair.
The back passenger door lock crapped out sometime ago. I got a quote back in Sep 2019 from OConnor which was $520 including parts/labour/taxes. They knew exactly what I wanted and asked for pictures of my chairs to know precisely what I required to make the change. It was expertly done and completed within a couple days. Only accepts cash, which I get - credit card companies are out to rob small business and this driver let us stop at an ATM quick like so we could grab cash.
