I have not closed my house yet but based on my experiences with the staff from Robert to Janet, all seemed very positive. I have been changing my color choices, from granite to laminate flooring to carpet and I know how annoying it is but all I can feel from Roma staff is patience and more patience. Cant complain. I had the steel roof installed in the winter and it was a nasty cold time of year but our roof had leaked badly in the fall and I knew it would leak again in the spring if we didnt get the roof done before things started to melt. The guys came out every day even if they were only able to make a bit of headway despite things being frozen and tools not working properly. Free water testing, over priced chemicals and not very informative. They test your water and just start telling you what needs to be done, unless you ask why, even when told this is the first test ever. Wanted me to use a phosphate remover ($40) and shock, I instead just shocked with some Purox ($7) and the phosphates dropped on their own and everything else went to normal. Who knows how much unnecessary chemicals theyve made me use in the past. Do my own research now to correct chemistry. Lire plus
