We had them come out and do a job and 2 weeks later it did not work. On the long weekend Sunday I talked to Tammy the call lady she totally awesome and wanted to help, I was very impressed with her! The next day Frank came out he looked at the job it was a septic pump problem what they can not fix. He was very professional and explained it to me they refunded me all my money without me asking. Recently stayed at this property. While I was hesitant at first, it definitely exceeded my expectations. The hotel must have new ownership and has undergone a serious amount of renovations. Rooms were clean and comfy. All staff was very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast in the morning was great & staff even gave me a coupon for a complimentary coffee for their coffee shop.
