Amazing, honest company! We called regarding our AC unit and Matt gave us options with no pressure to replace the part or the whole unit (which made more sense). Thanks for the great work our furnace runs great! After all the hassle of dealing with another local company ($1200 later ...only to be told we should just get a new furnace because their repairs didnt fix the problem!!) we decided to move on from them and get a rental furnace from Aire One. The monthly rate is very affordable and the idea of not having to worry about any additional costs if something were to happen was a great option for us.

Just when the weather started to get pretty cold our furnace stopped working. We called quite a few companies at a time that didn't seem too late, about 7:30 pm but we couldn't get anyone to pick up. But when we called Toronto Furnace & Heating they did pick up and were at our house in about an hour. Fast response and they had our furnace up and running in about 30 minutes. Very pleased and would definitely recommend to others.
