CJ and Jack were great! They were able to come by within a day's notice and were knowledgeable and great to work with! I liked the price that Penguin was offering with the tune-up so I went with them. The rep that came over was awesome. I asked him all kinds of silly questions about the air conditioning unit and he answered them like they were just common questions. He was very respectful and nice. He sat down and explained different things about the unit cause I have two different brands and we just talked about getting a new unit. Now new unit is working fine and overall, I’m totally satisfied.

Dallas and team did great work for duct cleaning, new water tank installation , new toilet and sum pump installation! Their service was beyond our expectation, very fair price, quick work, great knowledge and expert advice where we needed. We had a major leak in our main water pipe just below the foundation. We called Howell Mechanical and they assessed the break and arranged to have a technician come. The technician was thoroughly professionaland worked quickly to fix the problem. The work was completed in one day and we would not hesitate to call them again. The rates were very reasonable.

We recently had a plumbing emergency with our toilet leaking buckets on a daily basis.
We had the pleasure to have a new dual flush toilet installed at our cottage at Falcon Lake. - Grant Mason did the installation - It was a 1st rate job and Grant even carted away the old toilet for us. The new toilet is a comfort height and so quiet, you don't even know it is filling
Grant kept the workspace clean and was in and out in less than an hour
We are going to use Grant again to install a new shower and vanity
