Contrary to the comments of the 3 previous individuals I have found the Alliston Scotiabank to be professional, courteous and knowledgeable handling all my financial transactions. They have implemented the necessary covid protocols and I feel safe and confident when discussing issues with either the tellers or management. They are highly recommended.

Normally, in his first meeting with clients, he explains the process, documents requirements and leaves no room for surprises. I have been banking at the Royal Bank for nearly six years now and I am usually very impressed by their service. The lines are short and there's enough tellers to help people quickly. They're friendly and if I am waiting for my appointment, employees will ensure that I've been helped. For all my basic banking needs, I find this bank exceeds my expectations.
My only two complaints would be that sometimes the staff can be friendly to the point of overstepping their bounds (e.g. when I was 17, I didn't feel it was necessary for me to explain why I was not in school) and I don't like having to pay $4/month for my bank account. An employee did try to assist me in getting rid of the monthly fee, but it didn't work.

My experience receives a 4 star only because Sarah was delightful to deal with. The male manager at this bank was rude and indifferent. The odd thing about it was, I had no dealings with him only Sarah, but he was dismissive both times he addressed me , not for a banking matter, just for being present in his bank. Guess he saw that I was a TD customer, required to transact at this branch for a specific payment. Sarah you are a doll - the manager needs to go retrain on iterative process!!!
