I use this store and the one in Langford as my go-to home repair and maintenance store. I actually dont always know exactly what Im looking for but most of the staff can figure out what would be helpful in my situation. Its not a drive through, get in get out in ten minutes - kinda store, but I dont know a hardware store that is. I refuse to use the automated checkouts though. Maybe thats why less staff. Bring back more staff. Great place!

Measured within days of order, then installed within a week. Friendly, efficient & local. Quality 10 mm door less expensive than 8 mm doors at big box stores. I suspect my experience is more typical than the previous rating.

Shane and his crew renovated our whole kitchen and we couldn't be happier with the finished product! They did amazing work and were very reliable and professional, yet lots of fun too! Shane was excellent at communicating with us and kept us involved and informed every step of the way.I was very impressed by their ability to adapt and take care of any problems that arose. Great service from quote to finished job. Installer was experienced, professional and patient with all my questions and cleaned up and hauled everything away. Very happy with the beautifully done frameless glass shower enclosure.
