I've been a customer for about 6 months now. I've also been to other Big Feet locations such as Vancouver and Richmond. This location is by far the most improved. Big Feet employees tend to talk to each other during foot massage with the clients. It can get annoying, sometimes funny. Surrey location used to be like that. Now they have gone better by being quiet.
Their quality of body and foot massage are top notch. They massage from head to toe, front to back. I recommended my brother (a dancer), my sister (past car accident) and my dad to Mark and Tom. They said they are even better than their own chiropractor.

I was interested in a new riding lawn mower and not sure where to go or what to consider.
Went to Fraser Valley and started looking and John spent over a hour with me going over all the specs etc. After cuttign lawn twice it looked like the oil was down and called John who apologized for not being able to come out that day but came next day and resolved my concerns. Sam (Samantha)is the best, she figured out my complicated insurance situation when 5 OTHER BC INSURANCE Brokers could not,she spend over an hour of her "own time" to do it.
I was beyond frustrated when I got to her firm. I will NEVER USE anyone else.
BCAA's Representive's did it correctly, they did it right the first time, they did it at the right price, and...they did it with a smile. They will have my business until I die.
