Me and my boyfriend frequent Joe Dogs Grimsby quite often now...We are always greeted with friendly smiles and conversations. Overall fantastic and prompt service (also remembering and having our drink ready right away) I previously worked for a fellow restaurant in Grimsby and Joe Dogs blows them out of the water. Took my parents computer to the Upper Wentworth location in Hamilton and the technician - Andrew was extremely helpful and downloaded a new internet browser which solved the problem on the computer. Andrew was very helpful, understanding and very efficient at fixing the problem. My parents are grateful that he fixed their computer at the same time I walked into the store and for no charge. I will definitely recommend this store to everyone. Thank you Andrew!

Laptop stopped working when I needed it most. Brought it in thinking the worst, they managed to get everything off the hard drive despite it being a write off and set me up with a great laptop, made sure the new laptop was protected and ready to go. They went above and beyond, staying a few minutes after close just to make sure I was set. Amazing customer service, got me taken care of in a few hours instead of days! Cannot recommend enough, you will not get this level of service from box stores!

I absolutely appreciate the booking process, you receive a call to confirm appointment and a text message 2 hours before. Facility is very clean and tidy. Physio therapists are amazing in making sure you understand procedures and treatments and explain how the mechanics work which is very useful as well
