I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with the Lugaro team. My husband bought me the most beautiful ring in June and I have enjoyed looking at the piece everyday since. Yesterday, I looked down and one of the diamonds was missing. I was beyond upset. This morning, my husband, took the ring in, Clara took one look at it and told him that should never have happened and that they will replace the stone free of charge. How refreshing to deal with such honest people. Well done Lugaro!

This a wonderful business. I brought in a vintage clock with European custom parts and Gregory recognized it immediately for what it was. He then proposed a repair solution which he quickly carried out, for a quite reasonable cost. Gregory is very friendly and knowledgeable; doing business there was a pleasure.

My first visit to this shop in Richmond was very rewarding. The shop itself was clean and orderly. The gentlemen I spoke with were knowledgeable, friendly and fair. It was very easy to locate, they were extremely helpful when I called for directions. I have been recommending their shop since my first visit and I plan to go again very soon.

I just searched on-line for my Jewelry store. I am so surprised that more comments are not here. I have shopped and bought from Sonny for 17 years. Being too frugal, at times, I have wasted my time searching elsewhere. When it is important and special, I always go to Sonny.
*As a side-bar; Sonny offered to help my friend who dabbles in Hobby Jewelry ... Who does that?
