If you have the will, determination and passion for ballet dancing, Donita Ballet School is your only option. Donita is tireless in her efforts to create elegance; use what you have to offer; and further your ballet dancing. As a student from the age of 4, and now almost 40, Donita has shaped my life. Still dancing and I know I can.

BDM is an excellent place for children to grow. They provide lessons on various styles of dance, as well as music lessons. It's a small studio that gives each child lots of individual attention and has both competitive and recreational streams. I highly recommended this studio!

I have always wanted to learn how to dance. With the gentle push of a Friend who recommended Arthur Murray Dance Studio of Woodbrigde, I decided to stop making excuses. I was told that if I wanted a place where I could feel confident and learn to lead in my life, then I came to the right place.
My career is one where I spend long hours sitting at the computer. Thus, socializing and public speaking were not my forte, but dancing instruction helped me gain the skills I needed to use the talents I have and apply myself in a more directive management environment. Through the patience of my teachers and the wonderful people I have met, I have had the opportunity to develop rhythm and learn non-verbal cues of communication to help me lead and dance with esteem. Pushing myself to go outside my comfort zone and socialize during group experience has had a phenomenal impact on my career and life! I smile more as I move around more rhythmically, I participate more confidently in social environments and I even stand taller. Physically, I feel more vibrant and emotionally I am more stable and confident in myself!!
Thank-you to the wonderful staff and people who participate every week in such a healthy and engaging environment. Opportunities are endless if you have the desire, give yourself the tools you need for life. As their motto says "Walk-in and Dance out!!" My friend was right, you won't ever look back only forward with a firm strong glide!!!

Both my girls have been at this studio for 4 years. It is MUCH better than our old studio. We have been loving our experience here. Studio is clean, friendly, and has great teachers. My kids enjoy dance more! The owner, Ani, makes us feel like family! She puts on an excellent show with the kids every year. I suggest this studio to everyone

If you are looking for a place to learn high quality and authentic Cuban salsa in Toronto, then Drey Dance Academy is for you. Dreyser is a very professional teacher; he is genuine and highly-skilled and ensures everyone gets a great learning opportunity. I have learned so much about Cuban salsa (and culture) in such a short period of time, thanks to Dreyser. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to learn salsa and other dance styles.

This dance studio is located near Yonge Street and Steeles Avenue, just north of Toronto.
The studio caters for dancers and would-be dancers of all skill levels, whether singles or couples. A wide variety of dances are taught and practiced. The instructors are knowledgeable and well able to impart their knowledge. The atmosphere is friendly. The manager knows the many guests by name. No membership is required. In order to attend you should have a sense of musical rhythm and the ability to move gracefully. Also a pair of dance shoes, which may be bought on the premises.
There are dance lessons and dance parties, notably on Fridays and Saturdays. The price of admission is reasonable. Individual instruction is available by prior arrangement.
Personally I am enjoying retirement much more, now that I have taken up dancing as my recreation, although I am a slow learner. The management has gone out of its way to accommodate my special needs.
Better value than Arthur Murray.
Highly recommended.

Everything about Toronto Dance Industry is great. From the overall size of the studio and the cleanliness of the inside, to the family-like environment, T.D.I. is the studio to take your child to. It offers all the styles of dance you'd be interested in! Classes are split up according to age level and ability which allows all students to learn and develop over the course of the year. Couldn't see myself at any other studio.

A truly great feat by the artistic director to come up with this concert, especially in such a short time. If you are looking for a studio that has a pre-professional classical ballet training program as well as providing other dance genres in Brampton then you need to come to Leap Dance Academy. Not only is the studio owner and the teaching faculty are phenomenal, the parents and dancers are very supportive of each other and celebrates each dancers accomplishment in their dance journey. The first positive experience we had with Dance Surge was the great communication. They didn’t hide behind a voicemail system, but usually had a live person answering the phone. Replies to both emails and voice messages we left were prompt as well. When we went in to take a look at the studio we saw that dance instructors were really teachers who weren’t just going through the motions. The instructors care about the children and want them to learn the right technique and learn/maintain a love for dancing. One of the attractions for us was that Dance Surge has both competitive and recreational classes. We were pleasantly surprised to see that both levels of classes are taught by same teachers so the quality of instruction is amazing. I have 3 kids dancing there (3,5 & 9yrs old). They love it to the extent that they can’t wait to get to class and run freely into the studio. I am amazed how much they learned in the first year as compared to previous years. In addition, and perhaps even more important is that fact that they are no longer complaining of boredom and have regained their interest in dancing.

Both of my daughters have been taught for years by the lead instructors at Dancsync Academy. All the staff run classes very professionally and I cant tell you enough how blessed we feel to be part of this dance family. Both me and my daughters have made life long friends and memories that we will cherish forever. I highly recommend this studio to any parent who wants to put their kids into professional but fun evening dance lessons. Most instructors are qualified full time dance teachers too!

I tried my first class about 2 years ago at the Brampton studio with one of my girlfriends. We were curious to check out the buzz around pole dancing and liked the idea fo trying something new and a little bit taboo. This is the best time you could ever hope to have working out! We had so much fun and whoa, what a workout! The studio is gorgeous and HUGE and the instructors are super friendly and make you feel at ease immediately. We met some really awesome women in our class and I'm still hooked!
I'm a confessed pole addict and will be a member for life!

The Stretch and Strength class really helped improve my flexibility and core strength. Exercises are very innovative and challenging and the instructor provided excellent feedback. My private dance coaching was amazing!...the phenomenal skill and teaching ability of Karen Andrew really helped me improve my skills. The studio is very new and clean as well, with easy street parking in front, and its right off the DVP....very easy to access.
