My New Lenovo screen went to black and was loudly beeping every few seconds- I couldn't shut it down nor quiet the unit. Took it immediately to A Laptop, and received immediate attention with early prognosis being the motherboard. Expecting a huge invoice, they found that the unit had a recall notice and immediately fixed the motherboard at no cost. Incredible attention, honest and receptive to quick turnaround. Strong recommend.

I have been dealing with BCOM for years as they have excellent service and will always recommend new products that one may have not heard of. My systems have always worked to the highest level and function well.. over 10 years of service from hard drives to all systems go and including a back hardware system that works. never had to use it but I know the files are all backed up.

Matt does excellent work and can be depended on to take care of everything you need.I bought a new computer from him and he took care of everything including transferring everything from my old computer to the new one without having to reinstall all my programs. Whenever I have an issue he takes care of it. \Including coming when my computer wouldn't start(it got unplugged somehow. I depend on him completely and have never been disappointed.
