We have had great experiences here with our very lively Shih Tzu since she was 12 weeks old. We took her elsewhere once and it was not a good experience. The groomer complained that she was very active. She is now 15 months old, and always comes away looking wonderful, with no complaints from the staff. We recommend Durham Dog Groomers highly!

Baker Animal Clinic in Whitby is ABSOLUTELY the BEST Clinic I have had the pleasure of taking my many pets to.
They are caring, thorough, and by far the most knowledgeable group of professionals around.
If it wasn’t for the caring and knowledgeable staff at Baker, Jersey could be gone by now, and I’d never know any better. I’m a strong believer that everything happens for a reason and I believe that Baker Animal Clinic can make miracles happen.

I had a great experience at the Durham Family Footcare Clinic. Doctor thoroughly explained the surgical procedure beforehand to ensure I was well aware, in addition, to addressing any concerns I may have had. After the procedure the clinic staff was very attentive and expressed great concern to ensure I was healing appropriately.

Therapeutic Streams has a very welcoming and calm atmosphere. The staff is pleasant and helpful when arranging appointments and always tries to accommodate your schedule. I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. I visited Sgt. Pepper's in AJAX this weekend with my husband and after reading the reviews I was really worried. WOW, were we surprised!
Perhaps there were changes made since the last reviews were posted: we had a friendly server who was very attentive throughout our meal, brought drinks quickly and was able to remember everything about our order and that of another table's without writing anything down.
We had the Calamari, Veggie Samosas, Burger with Fries and Steak Sandwhich with Peppercorn sauce. The calamari was lightly breaded and crispy without being oily, my samosas while not authentically "indian" had a really nice potato and veggie filling, served with sweet chili sauce. My husband said his burger and fries were really good.
I think a good test of a kitchen is how they handle something like a steak sandwhich. Mine was not the run of the mill piece of shoe leather I've had at other places. This was a tender juicy piece of beef that was actually cooked how I'd asked for it, served on a not-too-garlicky ciabatta bun and the fries were great.
I'm not sure what people expect out of the decor of your average burger join, but the booths were fine and the whole restaurant and both bathrooms were really clean. Overall, I'd say that this was a really good experience and I'm sure both my husband and I will return to this location.

SImple review here: Good burgers and good souvlaki. Fries were great and the deserts were surprisingly good. A small place where the owner takes his time (not too long) and the food is good. I'll eat here again.

The food is very good, fresh and definitely homemade.
The staff/owners are very friendly and wonderful with kids.
Child meals are large enough for 2 kids to share, and come with an ice-cream dessert!
Love the bright coloured decor and the ceramic topped tables, very mexican very vibrant, and I really like it when they play mellow mexican music, I can stay all day!
I've also been there in the evening for drinks and appetizers out on the patio, it was a very relaxing evening, enjoyed it very much and can't wait to go back when the warm weather returns.

Evening was great however the “large plates” are not so large in food quantity. You see a large plate but the food is tiny. You cannot share these plates. We went for lunch once and their food plates had more food.

We usually do take outs on weekends but went their for lunch on weekday and thoroughly enjoyed it. It didn't look big buffet but wow had lots of varieties to eat and especially fresh nan and tandoori chicken. Not big on Indian desserts too sweet for me. Food is great we really enjoyed the lunch buffet and service is fast and courteous.

This is a great Japanese restaurant, been there a couple of times and just two days ago brought two of my Australian friends to try the Tappenaki lunch. I have visited many Chinese style restaurants in Oshawa and Whitby and I have to say that I was not expecting this degree of quality and freshness from a fast food place. I would have never ordered from here because I always like to take a look at the menu before I get delivery (which I could not find online) but because of location I decided to give it a try, I mean it's only $30-40 after taxes for their specials so no big deal. When I got my first delivery I was shocked of how much food their was and how tasty it was. Not too greasy, spiced and prepped perfectly, warm, timely, and friendly service. For the price, and for how good the food is, I have no idea what these other reviews are talking about, it's most likely the competition.
