I have been getting my cars serviced at Waterloo Honda for 30 years now. One of the reasons I keep buying Honda/Acura is these guys - it means so much to have a garage you can trust completely. They also have a good shuttle service.

Excellent service. Recently had a potentially catastrophic issue with our engine. Dan, in service was extremely helpful and advocated along with the service manager Dave (?), to have it repaired through Kia as part of a goodwill gesture. It certainly did create goodwill between me and Waterloo Kia! The job was done quickly and efficiently and we couldn't be happier. Thanks!

Just completed a rental after an accident with the Enterprise in Meadowvale and I must say that the service I was provided was amazing. Gabe treated with nothing but kindness, patience and respect. Not only will I be coming back for future rentals but I will most definitely refer friends and clients to this location.
