Our 2 little girls needed braces, and they were really scared. We know they're always busy, there's always someone to treat after, but it really touched us how Dr. Gawlik sat down with our girls to ease them into braces, and she even called Dr. Gep from the other room and together they explained to the girls how to take care of their teeth, especially with braces on. It was an experience for the whole family, a solid team effort!

This dentist has the most pleasing and welcoming staff. I’m new to the Invisalign journey and I couldn’t be happier to be doing it with this clinic. The staff are constantly reaching out to see how I’m doing, this includes the dentist himself! He’s always open to hearing how things are going with me and welcomes me to drop by anytime for a quick “check in”. I am hopeful this journey will be a success with the constant support I’m getting. I’m one very lucky patient!

I’ve been going to Dr. Eli Filliotis for a couple years at this point and I’ve never felt more comfortable, heard about my fear of needles, and dealt with as professionally! Dr. Filliotis has done 3 extractions on my mouth and they’ve all gone beautifully, she even helped ease my anxiety about the removals. All in all her services, personality and professionalism are above and beyond!

I have been a patient of Dr. Lindstrom for over 7 years now, and I can't recommend her highly enough. Before I came to her office I was an infrequent visitor to dentists ... now I go regularly, and I can say I actually enjoy the experience! I love the front desk staff … they always greet me like an old friend, and Dr. L is simply amazing. If you have any phobias about the dentists this is the doc for you. She has such a soothing manner, and she explains everything so there are no surprises.

My family goes to this dental clinic for 16 yrs now and the staff are very accomdating and very friendly. The clinic is very new, clean and modern.
Karen who is my dental hygienist is very gentle and no pain at all while cleaning my teeth.

Doctor Sharma was extremely understanding as well as patient during the entire painless process. Rather than rushing any judgement she re-assured I was comfortable. I will definitely be returning. Needed a dentist on a Sunday for a fractured root canal tooth that had a temp filling. (side of tooth broke off)
Dentist was able to put a new temp filling in for me until I could see my dentist on Tuesday.
Very thorough (better temp filling than my regular dentist does) explained what he was doing, he asked lots of questions and made sure I was satisfied w filling before I left. He also gave me notes to bring to my regular dentist explaining the work he did.
Quick and Painless! So grateful!

Highly recommend Dawson Dental at 1700 King in Richmond Hill. From the moment you walk in you are welcomed with such a freindly staff. The decor in the office is so beautiful...doesnt feel like a dental office too. Best of all Dr Marr is outstanding. So patient and explains every step of the way. Honestly great dental work, I've never had an issue and my issues have always been resolved very well.
However, as other reviews have mentioned I would appreciate if Doctor Johnston treated her staff with more respect. They work quite hard and I feel very awkward when they are chastised in front of me after what I thought was stellar work on my cleaning and X-rays.
