I also appreciate how he is very meticulous and has a great attention to detail. He not only does things right but actually better and explains things so you are clear of the work he is performing. I recently had some work done by a very unprofessional company called Blue Marine Service. Once they gang at Granville Island Boatyard heard of the issues and that the boat had to be hauled back into the yard to have the work redone, they waived the yard fees... NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!
