A Whyte Avenue institution, Café Mosaics has been serving up farm fresh vegan and vegetarian cuisine since the 1990s. Serving all day breakfast, Café Mosaics definitely dominates the market for vegan brunch, with items ranging from house made granola and chia and coconut cream vegan pancakes to a terrific tofu scramble.

Sailin' On (Food Truck)

Edmonton’s only vegan food truck, Sailin’ On has made waves in the city for their crazy, delicious, vegan coconut bac’n. Try the famous BLT wrap with vegan mayo, coconut bac’n, lettuce, tomato and carrots (you can also get it with a gluten-free wrap). Also available is the chili lime tofu burrito; a wrap stuffed with refried beans, rice, vegan cheddar, chili lime tofu, cilantro and salsa verde. They also have amazing fries.

Wild Earth Bakery & Cafe

Wild Earth Bakery and Café makes some of the absolute best tea lattes in town. If brunch for you is a vegan latte, Wild Earth offers soy, almond and coconut milks for their lattes; you’ve got to try their unique twists on London Fogs. Plus, to go with that tasty latte, you can get a gladiator-style vegan fruit and seed bar or a vegan muffin, soup, salad, sausage roll or burrito.
