I would have given uhaul for this location an excellent rating but you do not have courtesy customer parking when using uhaul moving vehicles. Just a suggestion to make an area for customer parking available for those customers using your moving vehicles for a day. Parking one's vehicle in residential streets is not available otherwise one gets ticketed for parking on a residential street. You may be surprised that this would help give your location an excellent rating as I would have done so but you do not have and have received an above average rating instead. So for future you may want to consider this suggestion.

Lauren R | First Impressionsthe only issue was the sprinkler head was very low and hit my head on it many times... not sure how this passed building codes, many times i had gashes in my forehead and back of my head from the sprinkler head being way to LOW?!!! terms for a law suite for personal injury!!!
DAVID D | Overall ExperienceOnly a couple of problems I had were, the motion lights would go off when I'm not done doing what i needed to do in my storage locker. The back door was broken and i couldn't get in when i needed to. The washroom was clean and 90% packed with tissue n paper towels, you let them know and its taken care of. And the water tasted good from the fountain. I would use them again n I do recommend them. Thank you!!

In my case , I paid rent up to 20th January 2024 but vacated the storage as on 7th Jan 2024, rent for 15 days should be refunded but not happened as yet. It should be a system. However, the storage facility is excellent. Thanks

NOE A | First ImpressionsI had an outstanding experience with the U-Haul team, particularly thanks to Sohini Dasgupta, the assistant manager, whose brilliant idea to consolidate my four storage units into U-Haul boxes saved me significant money each month. Her proactive thinking and customer-first attitude were truly impressive. A big shoutout to the associate Tanish D, who efficiently directed the placement of my vans for the content transfer. His coordination ensured a smooth and stress-free process. I also want to acknowledge all the hardworking men working tirelessly in the background that day—driving forklifts, opening storage facility doors, and ensuring everything was executed seamlessly. Their dedication and teamwork did not go unnoticed. Overall, the professionalism, efficiency, and ingenuity displayed by the entire team made what could have been a daunting task incredibly easy. I highly recommend this location for their exceptional service and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Falak S | Overall ExperienceEverything was great, except that I was suppose to receive a month free rental, but for some reason the system charged me twice. I had called twice to reverse the payment. I had since received delayed payment calls emails and my access to my unit was suspended. It was really terrible. They said it was a system glitch, but they could have added a note to my account so they keep an eye and not charge me or at least not call or email me for not paying. I probably should add that I called twice to make sure that the free rental offer was applied to my agreement, and yet all this happend.
