Highly Recommend Turanich Management Company to everyone. We moved into our townhouse back in 2014. There was just a house and nothing outside. They put a lot of work and continue to work very hard in order to manage our complex to the highest standard, keep our exterior, landscaping and all other common areas in great shape. Very responsive, take our questions seriously and address them very quickly. Had an opportunity to meet an owner some time ago, George Turanich, friendly and professional.

If it wasnt for family that are landlords themselves and ICR Commercial Real Estate, I would have caved out of fear from this company and paid them over $1200. I hope this helps anyone who runs into being treated un-lawfully. It all comes down to money with this company. Dont let them bully you. I have no idea how they are with owners of these properties but when it comes to renting, they will take you for what they can and give you zero notice about a payment owing and hurt your credit score.
