mr Elton has always been a pleasure to deal with.

I bought winter tires from them for over $1800 on the rims. They told me I would not have to pay for swapping tires. That was true for a couple of years. But the company decided to start charging, even to customers that had been told they would not charge for this service. They lied to me and I will not support this business any longer! They have received their last dollar from me. Do not trust this company.

Reliable professional service. Convenient location. It seems they store wheels on premises, allowing the change to be scheduled on short notice. Kaltire needs to improve their online booking system - asking for a credit card at booking is not going to fly.

Absolutely a terrible experience at this location. I will never spend another Dollar at this establishment.

Never again

Went in for winter tires and new wheels. Half way through they told me they wouldn't install my new wheels because there are no tire pressure sensors in them and I would have to do it myself. Got them home and found out they gave me the wrong lug nuts after jacking up the car and removing a wheel. Found out later they installed and charged me for plastic valve stems when metal ones came with the lug nuts I bought. Last but not least, they caused the loss of my original lug nuts' key.

Worst experience ...

Worst experience at a shop I have ever had. I took in to just have a an alignment check because my tires were shaking on the highway. I was told that there was a mechanic on during sat's. Got a call back saying they needed a mechanic to check out the font end before they did the alignment. Front end should always be checked. Had to wait until monday. Went to pick it up and they charged me for a tire rotation I did not authorize. Didn't even put my wheel caps back on my tires, put them in a bag.
