When I texted this company to book a certain day, the response I received was “sure”. Despite repeated attempts to reach them by text and phone to confirm the move and schedule a time, they did not respond. Two days before the move I cancelled and luckily found someone else. Their response was “When I said ‘sure’ I thought it was confirmed”. And “I didn’t get back to you because I’ve been working nights”. No apology, just excuses. ?♀️
