    WORST experience of my apartment renting in Montreal! AVOID them if you can. And if you cannot, be aware of your rights and do not step back even a very tiny step.

    Do not rent from ...

    Do not rent from Immeubles Centraux! They do not take care of their tenants. I live in a rat infested apartment with broken things that were never fixed and NOISY I mean VERY NOISY tenants. When i complained about the noise 10+ times nothing was EVER done. They just want your money thats all. I am moving because my apartment is inhabitable from noise from my neighbors and rats in the walls.
