The items I ordered (Rub 'n Buff) was back ordered from their U.S. supplier, but when it arrived at Sial, Denis called me to confirm my payment details, and the package arrived the next day! The service was quick, professional, and the price was excellent (the only shop near me that carried the product wanted over double the amount and had a fraction of the selection vs Sial). Thank you Denis and Sial, I would be happy to buy from you again!

I decided to go ...

I decided to go in in person once to save on shipping costs and I wish I had stayed home. The man who 'served' me was laughing it up with some French customers and when he was free I asked him for help and the room went pretty fast. He actually let out out a loud sigh upon hearing my offensive language and ceased to verbally communicate with me any further. I complained to the manager in an email as she wasn't in, and surprise surprise, she ignored it completely. Awful.
