WHO HAS ON THEIR LOGO - BROTHER AT YOUR SIDE LOL - No telephone numbers, 0 support - Although if you want to purchase anything, you will get a LIVE person to talk to - TERRIBLE AFTER CARE - BOTTOM LINE...ONCE YOU BUY ANYTHING YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN - UNLESS YOU WANT TO GO THROUGH THE MAZE OF ONLINE SUPPORT THEY OFFER - 0 out of 10 for Brother who IS NOT BY YOUR SIDE!

I cannot get any type of chat support or locate their number on their site to report a problem on their registration site. I just purchased a new printer in early January 2018. I wanted to register the product, but their drop down menu shows 2017 as the latest year. I can't find any contact or method to report this problem. Very frustrating!! I hope I don't have problems with this new printer. I'm not looking forward to contacting this company, because they don't make it easy for you

They have no phone number. They won't take calls. They don't have email support or chat support. They don't know how to fix their own printers. The printer I had despite normal use had rollers break down after 2 years and they wouldn't help me even to sell me replacement rollers. Horrible service. Horrible equipment.
