Was hired to do basement rebuild. I foolishly paid him full amount of job once my insurance cheque arrived. His commitment diminished drastically once he was paid. Does not communicate and you never know when he will show up. In my 8th week and he does not return my phone calls. Has done some shoddy work - glue from laminate seeped out on stairs, trim angles do not meet and are crooked, installed windows with missing screen. This fellow is not committed has no intention of finishing his work.
