CARSTAR Express Tecumseh Road West

Brought my car in November 2022 to have the spark plugs changed. July 2023 my car started acting up again. I took it elsewhere and Carstar put the wrong spark plugs on and charged over double what this new shop charged. This place just takes advantage of people, over charging and no quality.

Carstar is not a very good company. They took over 4 month to fix my car. There customer service sucks. My car still not fixed. I called them to tell them I am still having problems. They said o well not there issue. Kevin and Jonathan should not have a job there. They lie they dont know what they are doing.. Do not bring your car to carstar on Tecumseh road West.

I have been going there getting oil changes sign states 49plus tire rotation, and thats what i was charged by Joe now when i was time again sign still posted i saw Joe was not there no big deal dealt with someone else and my bill was higher explanation was well that sign is not meant for the type of oil you need for your car i guess at that time your type was on sale . Which made no sense if you look at it, it is false advertising no where does it state that it is only a certain oil for 49.99

The waiting room and quality at CARSTAR is great and the prices are very reasonable. I had 2 other mechanic shops look at my Civic and they couldn't figure out the issue, one even said to change the differential ($3000), Carstar found the root cause, and not it's perfect for only $645. Honestly, most shop just guess since they don't have the high tech gadgets, so I will also go to Carstar now on. I actually went to Carstar for a collision repair but fortunately I found their mechanic shop too.
