Í have them to replace a broken rear windshield on my BMW x5 .First they broke the wiper arm because they didn't used a puller, then the windshield was install wrong ,is touching the frame and scratching the paint and it will break again. I call them and they never show up or answer or return the call, now I have to paid someone else to reinstall it or replace .
