Waterloo Kia

Excellent service. Recently had a potentially catastrophic issue with our engine. Dan, in service was extremely helpful and advocated along with the service manager Dave (?), to have it repaired through Kia as part of a goodwill gesture. It certainly did create goodwill between me and Waterloo Kia! The job was done quickly and efficiently and we couldn't be happier. Thanks!

Wouldn't recommend to anyone

Terrible Experience. Brought my Kia into this dealership for an oil change and to have my air cooled seats looked at. Service dept had my car all day and only looked at the seats, didn't do the oil change. Had to take my car to Mr Lube when it wasn't completed. Mr Lube took a look at my previous bill from this dealership and confirmed that this dealership had used the wrong oil in my car! Management and the service dept we're not helpful and didn't resolve any of our concerns. Do not go there!

Great Service, very helpful !

Excellent, down to earth staff who have your best interest at heart. They are not rushing you into a decision about anything. Friendly and very helpful. We dealt with Quinn, Ryan and Colin and they are great!
