The place is very clean and attractive. The staff are always smiling and friendly, the service is great and professional. They also provide a wide range of courses that are supervised by a great and resourceful teacher. The environment is warm and welcoming. My overall experience at Royal aesthetics club was pleasant and I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Went in to get my shoulders & back waxed and came out with half my chest hair ripped out. They charged me more even though their website clearly states I should have received a 15% discount and why should I have to pay for my chest being waxed when I kept telling the lady (the head instructor) just to do my shoulders and back. She did a great job there but why did she have to rip my hair out from my top half of my chest and then expect full payment and tip. Never using them again.
