Holyland Monument

The worst experience Ive had with a company in a long time. The issue I have with Holyland Monuments is their indifference to their customers, their lack of empathy, their failure at basic customer experience, and their lack of respect. After agreeing to make my fathers headstone, Sam/Shlomo was unreachable throughout the entire process. He installed an incorrect headstone and refused to fix the issue. Instead he aggressively yelled at me and told me it was not his problem.

Sam was great and really cares about selling you just what you need without any pressure to oversell what you dont need at such a sensitive time.thank you so much!
