This store sold me a damaged ring, I went back to the store to exchange the item. There was no one in the store except for 4 employees that were just sitting and talking, but they gave me a difficult time because they stated it was holiday season.They did not have the same ring or any other ring to exchange with, found out my ring was a display model and they refused to give me a refund.These rings are not cheap and I would expect someone to at least inspect the ring before selling it.

This is a review on their Bayview Village location. I inquired the availability on a few watches with their staff, who said they would call me back after they checked. Heard nothing from them for a week, I ended up went to the store and did the follow-up with them. Found out the distributor replied them already just that the store didn't even call me. The staff got one item wrong when she checked anyway, so the other lady said she would check for me again, this time with the corrected serial number, and promised that she would call me. Heard nothing from her, so I contacted them again, this time another girl said she would check and call me back in 15 minutes.. of course no call from her. I called back to the store and told them that, something's wrong when the customer has to constantly following up with the seller but not the other way around: if they are not eager to have my business, that's fine because they're not going to get it. I said I will buy the same watch elsewhere and hung up. If u r in sales don't get too lazy, ladies!

They would not give me the option to merely exchange my valentines day present after 4 weeks of being on holiday. My husband presented it to me while on holiday for one month…in Spain and Asia. I really didn't like it and wanted to only exchange it. They would NOT ALLOW THIS even after we returned with a receipt in the original packaging and it remained unworn and brand new. They just had to exchange it…we didn't want a refund. When we walked in there was no business at all in the store, just 6 people all chit chatting. They didn't even want us to interrupt their conversation and looked at us like they were bothering them! I left very unsatisfied and disappointed. I will NEVER EVER shop here again..EVER..poor customer service.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE ! THE STAFF IS RUDE & INCOMPETENT. THE MANAGER NEEDS TO TAKE A COURSE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I EXPECTED A MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE BUT, I WAS EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED. SPEND YOU MONEY SOME WHERE ELSE !!
