Non professional attitude /service.

Excellent work and very reasonable prices. Cundell has replaced my sump pump and addressed other plumbing issues. We were very pleased with the outcome.

This is just not a nice company to work with, From day 1 after the work was done they started insisting on immediate payment before i even had an invoice . When i sent an e transfer they couldn't get the password right and i had to resend it. Further the Owner refused to speak with me about the problem instead she just threatened to put a lien on my property. There are much better companies to work with in Ottawa.
