Everything went well with my yarn order until I took a closer look at the yarn. Different dye lots of one colour had been sent. I was offered a credit but noted this wouldn’t solve the dilemma of an obvious shade difference between the dye lots. No response has since been received, following multiple emails for help. It has been several weeks of waiting. I am disappointed, given the great reviews of this business. I don’t think asking for the same dye lots of a given colour is unrealistic.
