Wish I could give negative stars. Also, wish never bought house in the area. We are having a absolutely terrible time at BLANCHE LANE MARKHAM L6B1N3. For the leak issue which is commonplace due to poor construction quality, The Management is sidelining the truth and chargebacked three times. Not sure but definitely there is clear BIAS maybe race maybe other related factors or maybe some other elements. Every time there is some leak, we are on the radar and easy blame. Poor construction Quality.
